Founded in 2022 on a vision to transform institutional catering, Dhirah was established with one core realization — that food services in India required a partner who understood both nutrition and operations. Large institutions struggled with fragmented vendors, inconsistent quality, and poor hygiene. As a dedicated food company, Dhirah bridges this gap with professional, tech-enabled, and nutrition-focused food management solutions for corporate and industrial clients.
Our Journey
We began with cloud kitchen operations built on efficiency and hygiene. Our first major institutional client, Besco Limited, validated our model—and today, we deliver 1000+ meals daily with consistency and care. From this foundation, Dhirah has evolved into a focused food services company encompassing institutional catering, F&B consulting, and strategic commodity trading. Based in Kolkata, India, our D2C operations provide real-world insights that strengthen our B2B solutions.
